Pre-Registration is now open for the first race of the 2012 O-Cup series! The race will be on May 26/27 at Horseshoe Resort. Cost will be $65 for those who pre-register or $80 on the day of the event. The fee covers both days, and there will be no one day passes available. Here’s a quick sneak peak at our new race trailer. Notice the use of our Floor Mount wheel trays! Keep a look out for this and our other rigs at the races this year, and make sure to come check us out at the Toronto International Bike Show in a few weeks.

Be sure to check out some new products we are offering for 2012 in the Tuf Rack store. First up is a floor mount tray that will allow you to mount a rack to any flat surface (truck bed, trailer, floor). Check it out here. Secondly, we have done away with the XC, DH and DJ trays and come out with a single tray that can carry them all. Check that out here.

There really isn’t a good explanation for this one. We just like to have fun.

We have a few new products available in our store, the first of which is pictured above. This is an adapter piece for European style tow bars that is a simple bolt on and will allow for the use of the Tuf Rack system. The second product that we have added is pictured below and is an adapter that helps to eliminate play between our rack system and the hitch of a vehicle. The adapter simply slides over the receiver piece and overhangs onto the hitch, you then tighten the 8mm allen bolt.

Some of the boys got new rides over Christmas and wanted me to shoot photos of them, so I figured I’d take some photos of the rest of our current stable while I was at it. No surprise that we all love our Transitions.

Tuf Rack is proud to announce that they have partnered up with the OCA and the newly formed Ontario Downhill Racers Association to bring you the 2012 O-cup race series. We look forward to to providing riders with an exciting series that will appeal to both the seasoned veterans and those new to the sport. We would also like to thank Sirbikealot racing for organizing the series for the past few years and wish them all the best in the future. There are plenty of new and exciting ideas that we are hoping to implement in the upcoming season and invite everyone to come out to the races to see Ontario downhill at it’s finest!

Often times smaller cars can only accept 1 1/4″ hitches. This adapter will allow your 1 1/4″ hitch to accept a Tuf Rack system, as well as raise it up 3″ for better ground clearance. Check them out in our store here.
